R1 Moto Trading OPC is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for motorcycle enthusiasts looking to upgrade, customize, or maintain their rides. Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. 
• Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle parts and accessories.
• Offer expert guidance on product compatibility, features, and performance benefits.
• Accurately process sales transactions and maintain point-of-sale records.
• Track inventory levels and support restocking and visual merchandising.
• Stay current on trends, technologies, and new product releases in the motorcycle world.
• Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
• At least High School Graduate or College Level
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and target driven
