IT Systems and Infrastructure Specialist

• iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is looking for a highly skilled IT Systems and Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing team. In this critical role, you’ll be the primary custodian of our entire IT infrastructure—ensuring our systems are secure, optimized, and always available. You will handle server management, email system administration, and provide technical support across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, maintain, and secure all server infrastructures.
• Administer and troubleshoot company-wide email systems.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols including firewall, antivirus, and access control.
• Respond to and resolve technical support requests across departments.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure regular backups, disaster recovery testing, and data integrity.
• Monitor system performance and uptime; suggest improvements proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing servers, network tools, and security systems.
• Proficiency in managing email platforms and user access.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
