الوصف

  • Manage and monitor all accounting transactions
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax documents
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Maintain accurate records of financial activities
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage employee benefits and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Handle tax-related matters such as BIR filings and compliance
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits management
  • Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and government compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • CPA license is an advantage (but not always required)
