Coordinate with BIR representatives for audits and inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and journal entry.
Generate and send out invoices to foreign clients.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Ensure accuracy in billing amounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
Responsible in handling petty cash fund and liquidations.
Prepares all necessary documents for third parties.
Responsible for payroll releasing.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

Graduate of BS in Accountancy or a related accounting degree
With at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Highly detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines
