  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure they run smoothly
  • Oversee building safety and maintenance
  • Develop, implement, and optimize administrative policies and procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Evaluate and improve office processes to maximize productivity


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in an administrative management role or similar position
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and technology, including MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
