• Service Shop Supervisor ensures that the service shop operates smoothly and meets customer expectations.
• Monitors Repairs: Tracks the progress of repairs, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
• Team Management: Supervises technicians, assigns tasks, and repair techniques.
• Reporting: Prepares detailed reports on repair activities, and technician performance.
• Administrative Duties: Manages scheduling, inventory control, and resource allocation for repairs.
• Process Improvement: Analyzes repair trends to identify areas for efficiency and effectiveness improvements.

The role will be reporting to After Sales Service Operation Manager.

• Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or any technical related field) is often preferred.
• Experience: Several years of experience in appliance repair or any related technical field, with previous supervisory experience being a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various appliances, as well as familiarity with tools and technology used in the industry.
• Management Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills to effectively coordinate a team and handle customer interactions.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and developing efficient repair processes.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
