  • Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives in a designated area.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Conduct training and performance evaluations for team members.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Key Account Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Management.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with travel to meet clients and attend meetings.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
