Manage social media accounts and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, etc.).
Respond to customer messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Receive, process, and monitor customer orders until completion.
Input and update product data, pricing, and inventory regularly.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Handle customer complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude.
Coordinate with the warehouse or shipping team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Assist with online promotions and campaigns as directed by the marketing team.

Minimum education level is high school/vocational school; associate degree/bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in operating computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiar with marketplace platforms and social media.
Communicative, detail-oriented, and possesses good work initiative.
Able to work in a team as well as independently.
Experience as an online administrator is a plus.
