Job Summary:

The Assistant Department Manager II provides technical and administrative support to the Department Manager III in the day-to-day supervision, control, distribution of work and resources and implementation of activities in the department. He/She assists in the implementation of key activities in the administration, management and disposal of real and other properties acquired by PDIC arising from grant of financial assistance to banks or from closed banks as payment in kind of receivership/liquidation expenses and subrogated deposits; and assets owned and acquired by closed banks being managed by PDIC as Receiver/ Liquidator. He/She acts as officer in charge of the Department in the absence of the Department Manager.

Requirements

Education:

Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC OR CES/CSE Eligibility


Experience:

120 hours of supervisory/managerial training/learning and development intervention OR minimum of 60 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development intervention AND maximum of 60 hours of technical training programs related to:
