Description
- Assist the lead teacher in classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Provide support to students with various learning needs.
- Tutor students in specific subjects as needed.
- Help grade assignments and maintain classroom records.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in educational settings preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, writing, preschool education, and lesson planning; experience with IEPs and behavior management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support teachers, assist with lesson plans, implement IEPs, and manage classroom behavior.
- Working Conditions: Collaborative school environment with potential for one-to-one teaching.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, adaptability, strong communication, and a passion for education.
