Description
- Engage customers, generate leads, manage client relationships, and prepare sales presentations.
- Identify and develop customer service.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School Diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, communication, and social media; familiarity with Salesforce; strong presentation skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily mall based.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven.
