Description
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Assist with transportation arrangements for guests
- Deliver packages, messages, and other items to guest rooms
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge staff
- Ensure guest safety and security in public areas
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
