Key Responsibilities Of The BIM Modeler:

• Develop detailed 3D models of Aquarium Specialist Works (ASW) systems, including life support, water filtration, electrical, and plumbing systems, using Revit.
• Coordinate ASW models with architectural, structural, and other building systems to ensure seamless integration within the overall design.
• Produce and maintain accurate ASW drawings, schematics, and layouts for all project phases, from concept to construction.
• Identify and resolve clashes between ASW systems and other building elements using clash detection tools.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation required for permits, bids, and construction packages.
• Support the Drafting Supervisor in implementing quality control procedures and maintaining drafting standards.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on Revit modelling techniques and the latest innovations in aquarium system design.

Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• A degree or diploma in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for creating detailed technical drawings and models.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and precision in technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
