Responsibilities

  • Record the daily financial transaction and book of accounts
  • Perform end to end processing of accounts payable / accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Perform bank/financial reconciliations
  • Ensure complete recording of transactions in the general ledger, vendor ledger and customer/borrower ledger
  • Manage the invoice processes
  • Ensure compliance with tax reporting
  • Assist in admin-related responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information and trends
  • Manage financial historical records
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, year-end financial and management reports
  • Assist with various accounting processes on a regular basis
  • Check and report errors in financial reports and process
  • Schedule vendor’s payment schedules and credit management
  • Comply with company and government policies and regulations
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with Data Entry-related tasks as delegated in urgent situations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in using QuickBooks Online
  • Flexible to work on a graveyard shift, shifting schedule and holidays.
  • Excellent understanding of Bookkeeping and Accounting principles
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good work attitude, can work independently/with a team and with high level of integrity
  • Good time management and with a sense of urgency
  • Highly proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Ok to work on site in Ortigas Pasig and Cubao
  • Ok to work in any shift schedule


Skills that are not required but advantageous: 

  • Fund/Investment accounting experience
  • US Bookkeeping experience
  • Real estate knowledge
  • SAP Concur Accounts Payable experience
