ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Establish and maintain market leadership of the assigned product brands by developing appropriate strategies and programs in order to achieve main brands business targets and establish or strengthen market leadership positions.

  • Understand market situation and conditions as basis for developing product brand strategies.
  • Understand the core essence and objectives of assigned main brand(s) to align marketing and promotion strategies and programs.
  • Develop annual and long-term marketing strategies and programs based on brand objectives for business growth and customer satisfaction. This entails regular discussions with sales managers, sales members, Foreign Dept., top management etc. to gather complete information to serve as relevant basis for strategies.
  • Develop advertising and promotion (A&P) plans for each major brand to ensure brands will meet annual business’ and principal’s targets.
  • Present A&Ps to managers and top management for final approval.
  • Oversee the effective and timely implementation of A&Ps to meet targets.
  • Monitor campaign results to objectively measure ROI and apply adjustments as needed.


Provide direct support to respective sales groups in the relationship development/building with valued customers to strengthen and grow the business partnership.

  • Work closely with respective sales groups and provide support in developing, building and strengthening customer relationships with valued clients through the following:
  • Customer visitations
  • Product presentations
  • Product updates and promotions or discounts when applicable
  • Work with Market Research team to identify highly potential projects or business opportunities for the brand and work with sales groups to develop and secure the business.
  • May work with various sales groups for a comprehensive market coverage to ensure that majority, if not all, of key ongoing or upcoming projects in the market will have the assigned brand specified and purchased.


Oversee company public relations functions to establish, build, and strengthen relationships with customers, principals, and media groups.

  • Develop and present on a regular basis the Public Relations/Social Media Strategy for the major brands represented to Top Management.
  • Work with respective sales groups/Managers for public relations/social media activities with valued clients for the development and strengthening of customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Work with Creative Team and respective Managers for the crafting of relevant public relations kits, articles, etc. for press release purposes to be used in various media including, but not limited to, websites, newspapers, magazines, digital, social media, etc.


Provides direct support to Foreign Dept. in the relationship development and building with Foreign Principals to strengthen supplier relationship.

  • Communicate and coordinate regularly with Foreign Dept. on Principal requirements and expectations to ensure that our brand strategies and advertising and promotion programs are aligned with Principals.
  • Work with Foreign Dept. to strengthen the trust and confidence of our Principals in working with us for continuous and strong partnerships. This may include provision of the following reports:
  • Advertising & Promotion Plan Proposals
  • A&P Update and Outcome Reports
  • Effectively solicit support and sponsorships from Principals for brand A&P initiatives.


Work with HRD to ensure qualification of sales team in their dealings with customers.

  • Regularly meet with sales managers, Foreign Dept. and top management for the continuous identification of product knowledge topics needed by sales groups to effectively promote and sell major brands.
  • Work with HRD in the development of appropriate curriculum to ensure all sales members will be properly oriented and trained with needed communications and customer service knowledge and skills to consistently uphold the brand and company’s professional image.
