Identify potential clients, partners, or markets.
Conduct market research to find new business opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Drive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences.
Track and report business development performance.

المتطلبات

Four (4) years graduate of any Bachelor Degree course
Has experience in business development
Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills
Passionate in sales
Stay updated on the latest trends
A team player and collaborative; results-driven mindset
Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving abilities
