  • Provide product information and troubleshooting support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer records, and provide product information.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No experience required; training provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, excellent organizational abilities, and interpersonal people skills.
