Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High School Graduate.
  • Experience Level: at least 6mos. of experience in international call center. csr/tsr role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on products/services.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential evening shift.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, and a positive attitude.
