الوصف

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures
  • Investigate accidents and conduct root cause analysis
  • Provide regular reports to HR manager on health and safety issues
  • Conduct employee training on health and safety practices
  • Compliance to permitting and other documentations

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in health and safety roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety practices, and quality management systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Working Conditions: This role may require both office-based work and site inspections. Must be willing to wear safety gear and travel to different company locations as required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Must have the ability to handle emergencies and the capacity to work under pressure.
