الوصف

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Associate – Compensation & Benefits to support the day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on payroll processing, government benefits administration, and HR documentation. The role will also assist in key HR functions including employee records management, timekeeping validation, and other general HR support duties.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Prepare and process payroll data accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and attendance.
  • Monitor and validate timekeeping reports and coordinate with relevant departments on discrepancies.
  • Facilitate employee government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and loan applications or inquiries.
  • Process new hire registration and separation requirements for government-mandated benefits.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of payslips, certificates, and other C&B-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.


Other HR Functions:

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain organized and updated 201 files and other HR-related documentation.
  • Support recruitment logistics such as interview scheduling and job posting.
  • Help with employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR reports as needed.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.


المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in Compensation and Benefits or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with Philippine government-mandated benefits processing and payroll systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
