About the role


As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This dynamic, full-time role is based in Alabang, Metro Manila, and you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing


  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and courteously, via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot problems, provide product information, and offer solutions to address customer concerns
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer service initiatives
  • Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills


What we're looking for


  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the administrative or office support industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
