Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide knowledgeable solutions and support for products and services.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
  • Assist in the development of customer service procedures.
  • Onsite set up
  • Shifting schedule
  • At least 6 months Telco experience
  • Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months Telco experience in the BPO industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Shifting schedule
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential for success.
