Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in customer service is a plus.
  • Experience Level: No CCE Required | C1 CEFR w/ good to excellent communication skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, technical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based or remote, requiring regular use of computers and communication tools.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
