Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High with at least Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 3 months of customer service experience CSE OR CCE preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong English communication skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in customer relationship management software.
  • Working Conditions: Onsite
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
  • CEFR: B2 and up, BAA 26, 40wpm
