  • Aces Solar Energy, a leader in the Power & Energy sector, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to solar energy products and services.
  • Provide information on energy efficiency and sustainability solutions.
  • Resolve issues promptly and maintain customer records.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Educate clients on solar installation processes and benefits.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
