• Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports for the Photo/Video department
• Conduct monthly allocation and financial reporting
• Validate deliverables for digital content and projects
• Review and clean data in Excel and verify online content
• Provide support to ongoing 3D Tuning data processes and related operations projects.

• At least 5 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills – proficiency with pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, conditional formatting, and charts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment

Good to Have (Preferred but Not Required):

• Experience with photo/video-related data or e-commerce operations
• Familiarity with digital asset management tools or systems
