WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In this role, you’ll:

● Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and leads.

● Provide clear SEO insights and recommendations using SEMrush that help move the business to the top of organic search results.

● Support marketing execution across digital channels—whether it’s content,

landing pages, or quick-turnaround visuals.

● Keep internal systems and communications flowing—jumping in where needed to support admin and team coordination.

This isn’t just about running ads—it’s about becoming a trusted, go-to team

member who can think critically, move quickly, and get things done.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

● Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns: keyword targeting, performance monitoring, A/B testing, and budget allocation

● Use SEMrush to identify SEO opportunities and provide actionable insights to the marketing team

● Support landing page creation and content updates using Wix

● Assist in digital content creation using Canva (bonus if you know Adobe Creative Cloud)

● Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign execution and reporting

● Provide admin support: inbox organisation, meeting scheduling, internal team

coordination

● Keep Monday.com up-to-date with task progress, updates, and project timelines

IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

You don’t need to tick every box, but the right person will likely have:

● 2+ years experience managing Google Ads + basic SEO (SEMrush preferred)

● Experience supporting marketing teams with content or web updates

● Strong communication and organisational skills

● High computer literacy and a comfort with new tools (e.g. ChatGPT, AI content

tools)

● Familiarity with: Monday.com, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, Wix, Canva (Adobe Creative

Cloud is a bonus)

● Self-starter with initiative—you don’t wait to be told, you jump in and figure

things out
