Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day eCommerce store operations, including order processing, fulfillment, returns, and refund coordination
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and health - stock movements, sellable status, allocation, and replenishment planning across marketplaces
  • Liaise with warehouse, finance, and platform teams to ensure timely fulfillment and smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate financial tracking - returns reconciliation, platform claims, and chargeback resolution
  • Monitor SKU performance and health to support overall account managers in business reviews
  • Prepare and update operations trackers, platform reports, and cross-functional documentation
  • Proactively troubleshoot operational issues, raise escalations, and follow through until resolution
  • Conduct basic data checks and assist in reconciling platform reports for finance or billing purposes
  • Provide operational support to the brand management team to enable smooth execution of commercial strategies


Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in beauty category is a plus
  • Experience working with eCommerce campaign management, platform operations management marketplaces or other eCommerce platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee, Zalora)
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in working with SAP and Selluseller is a plus
