  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with performance management processes, support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with staff and management.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and adaptable.
