  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in project management and team collaboration.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, manage schedules, develop business strategies, assist in presentations, and handle communication across departments.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in new business development, presentation skills, business strategy, and problem solving; strong work ethic; excellent written and verbal communication; adept in people and operations management.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, proactive, team player, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
