Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and optimize risk control strategies for various business lines, and be responsible for all risk control measurement indicators.

2. Independently complete the configuration of strategies in the decision engine, and assist with offline testing and online testing.

3. Collaborate with market, product, and technical departments in each project to promote and optimize the implementation of risk strategies for each product, while having an overall understanding of the progress of specific risk control scenario solutions.

4. Responsible for risk data analysis in various scenarios, and regularly provide risk analysis reports and iterative optimization plans.

5. Stay informed about industry, product, and customer dynamics to anticipate market fluctuations and proactively mitigate risks.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 3 years of work experience related to the development of policies and strategies in exchange business; experience with case analysis and risk control operations is preferred;

2. Understanding of data, strategies, and models, familiar with relevant methodologies; a belief in the value of data analysis driving business development, with the ability to withstand the pressures and challenges of data work;

3. Proficient in the methods and tools for risk identification and measurement, as well as theoretical and practical approaches to risk management; data-sensitive, proficient in SQL, and eager to analyze, reason, and solve problems from data in a detailed and focused manner;

4. Strong logical abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit, and service awareness; good English reading and writing skills are a plus;
