Description

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk.
  • Manage phone calls and redirect inquiries as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language skills, strong scheduling abilities, time management, and written communication; proficient in MS Office; knowledge of help desk operations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, requiring multitasking and adaptability.
