1. Responsible for front-end requirements analysis, system design, and development work;

2. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the front-end system, ensuring stable and reliable operation;

3. Solve various complex problems, write core code, and participate in the accumulation of technical components and architecture;

4. Promote excellent technologies, software engineering methods, processes, and standards within the team;

5. Responsible for team technical management, guiding and training development engineers to enhance the technical level of the development team;

6. Plan and formulate project plans, quantify tasks, allocate resources reasonably, guide development, and coordinate collaboration among members of various project departments.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or software engineering, full-time;

2. Familiar with and proficient in at least one MVVM framework, such as React;

3. More than 5 years of experience in front-end development (candidates with outstanding abilities are not subject to this limit);

4. Familiar with front-end engineering and related build tools, such as webpack, Yarn, Babel, and ESLint;

5. Familiar with Node.js and mainstream development frameworks (Next.js, Koa.js, Egg.js) or have experience in other backend languages such as PHP or Java;

6. Possess good communication skills, summarization skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.

This position requires working on-site in China; please do not disturb if you cannot meet this requirement.
