• Plan and manage tasks to meet project deadlines and delivery schedules
• Proactively identify risks, communicate issues, and suggest solutions
• Write clean, standards-compliant code and unit test plans
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Implement features as specified in technical and functional docs
• Investigate and resolve bugs through structured defect tracking
• Ensure all code, tests, and documentation meet QA standards
• Provide regular status updates to Project/Delivery Leads
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables
• Foster strong working relationships with team members and leads
• Maintain a proactive, quality-focused mindset throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in: AngularJS, Node.js, MySQL, PHP
• Preferred: Familiarity with LDAP, Apache, and server management (Windows/Linux – CentOS/Ubuntu)

Senior Role Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong technical background in software development
• Solid understanding of full stack development in real-world environments
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days/week at McKinley office on a mid-shift schedule
