About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Expense role to join the team at INFOSYS BPM LIMITED Philippine Branch in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Global Expense Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. This full-time position offers the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast -paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records and payment information

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and account reconciliations

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and procedures

• Provide support to the wider finance team as required

What we're looking for

• Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 18 months' experience in shared service global expense or similar finance role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numerical data

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications

• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

• With no issues working onsite 100% in our BGC, Taguig office 

• With no issues working on night shifts, shifting schedule, weekends & holidays
