الوصف


  • Ensures efficient execution of best-in-class Patient Care Experience.
  • Calls admitted member and reorients benefit plan and requirements during the admission and ensures understanding through Acknowledgement of given explanation, if visit is not applicable.
  • Closely monitors member’s confinement progress through regular inquiry from available nurses on duty; 
  • Calls member and attending physician whenever necessary
  • May assist member during the discharge to ensure proper computation and collection of uncoverable charges;
  • Captures provider issues such as unpaid claims, implementation of new hospital policies, threat of suspensions, etc.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Psychology or Nursing Graduate
  • Experience Level: Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, empathy, and basic medical knowledge required.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist patients with daily activities, monitor health status, and report changes.
  • Working Conditions: Office Based
  • Qualities and Traits: Result Oriented, reliable, and team-oriented individuals are sought after.
