About the role

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our growing team at Andoks Litson Corporation. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient and high-quality production of our renowned food products. This full-time position is based in our state-of-the-art facility in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and monitoring various production equipment to ensure consistent product quality and output
• Performing hands-on assembly and packaging tasks with a keen eye for detail
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the production process
• Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to support efficient production
• Reporting any issues or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements
• Willingness to work in a team and contribute to the overall success of the organization
