  • Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Must be currently Enrolled in any TESDA or CHED Hospitality Management Program.
  • Experience Level: Students are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, shifts may include evenings and weekends.
