  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors regularly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and document interactions.
  • Change bed linens and towels as needed.
  • Restock supplies and amenities in rooms.
  • Report any maintenance issues to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in furniture care, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning. Must be customer service oriented and have strong organizational skills.
  • Working Conditions: Physically demanding role involving regular lifting and manual tasks in various environments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
