  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation processes.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support management in strategic HR planning.

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, strong written and verbal communication, people management, and leadership development.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for recruitment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
