Description
- Monitoring of Daily Attendance
- Monitoring of 201 Files
- Updating of Status of Employees
- Updating of Job Description
- Checking of Completeness of Employee Requirements
- Assist in performance evaluation sheet in accordance to each department
- Generating Contracts of Employees
- Create and implement onboarding plans
- Issuance of Memos
- Strict compliance of Company Policies
- Sourcing and Recruitment
- Job Description Preparation, posting Ads, and managing hiring process
- Initial and Exit interview
- Orientation, Training and Development Programs
- Policies and Procedures of each department
- Legal Requirements
- Strict implementation of Disciplinary and Grievances Issues
- Timekeeping Input
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Previous experience in administrative role, preferably in HR.
- Knowledgeable in HR Policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Knowledgeable in processing legal requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
