الوصف

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management
  • Maintain electronics and hard copy filling system
  • Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Maintain office supply for department
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails.
  • Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all returned items - tool: Returns Monitoring Excel File; this includes attaching the series number sticker for each incoming returned items
  • Receiving, encoding and monitoring of all customer units repair

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development, Management or Psychology.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in an HR Generalist function
  • Very good knowledge in compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
  • An understanding of the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
