Description
- Identify talent: Find and attract potential candidates for open positions
- Create a strategy: Develop a plan for hiring that ensures quality and speed

- Conduct interviews: Use various interview techniques to evaluate candidates

Requirements
- Experience with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, and human resources management software
