Description

  • Conducts and prepares materials for employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records, files, and reports including responsibility for maintaining 201 files
  • Provides front-line HR support to employees.
  • Assists in recruitment and managing talents including but not limited to appraisals
  • Handles timekeeping
  • Performs other related duties as assigned·

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or Psychology is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in Human Resources Functions exposure in any facets.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible.
