Description
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internship experience in HR preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, payroll, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with employee relations, manage HRIS, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during peak hiring seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for people management.
