  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
  • Assist in performance management and employee relations.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internship experience in HR preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, payroll, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with employee relations, manage HRIS, and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during peak hiring seasons.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for people management.
