We’re looking for a part-time Instagram strategist to support a digital platform dedicated to educating and empowering UGC creators. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founder and occasionally collaborate with the social media manager, who oversees design and scheduling. This is a great opportunity to contribute to growth and engagement strategy within the creator economy.

Weekly Hours

• 7 hours/week (approx. 1 hour/day — flexible)
• 2-month trial period, with the potential to extend long-term based on performance and follower growth
• Opportunity to increase hours depending on results

Role Overview

You will be responsible for Instagram growth, engagement, and content strategy, with a hands-on role in growing our audience and building community.

Rate: $5 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted growth strategies for Instagram
• Spend at least 1 hour/day on active engagement: DMs, comments, and community interaction
• Analyze Instagram insights weekly to identify high-performing and underperforming content
• Suggest and save content ideas (Reels, carousels, trends) in Notion
• Track post performance and recommend repurposing successful formats
• Monitor trends, competitors, and the creator economy space
• Follow and engage with potential customers/creators in the niche
• Leave meaningful comments on similar accounts to boost visibility
• Respond to DMs and escalate important messages to the client
• Share brief updates via WhatsApp

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience in UGC, digital products, or affiliate marketing
• Familiarity with course creators or educators
• Comfortable analyzing Instagram metrics
• Prior use of Notion for note-taking or planning

Collaboration & Communication

• Work directly with the client on strategy and feedback
• Occasionally collaborate with Chloe (design/scheduling manager) on content planning
• Communicate primarily via WhatsApp

• Strong understanding of Instagram growth strategies (U.S.-based accounts)
• Experience with engagement tactics, UGC, and the creator economy
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using or learning Notion for content and idea tracking
• Confident in offering strategic suggestions and communicating insights clearly
