  • Hiring
  • An Inventory Clerk is responsible for tracking and managing a company’s stock of products, supplies, or materials.
  • Their main duties include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels meet business needs, and assisting with order management.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock or materials
  • Track and update inventory records using manual logs or software systems
  • Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
  • Organize and label inventory for easy identification and access
  • Assist in placing orders to replenish stock as needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and other departments
  • Prepare inventory reports for management
  • Follow safety and organizational procedures to maintain a clean storage area

Requirements

  • Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
  • With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
  • Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • Physically fit
  • With valid original barangay and police clearance
  • Good with customer service is an edge
  • Detail-oriented, and good with customers
