  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the support database.
  • Assist in training users on new technologies.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Application Operation, System Operation, HTTPS protocols, and programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote support; may require on-call duties.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
