  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, and utensils efficiently.
  • Assist in food preparation and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Help store and label food items properly.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed.

المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Kitchen Steward
  • Educational Qualifications: No formal education required
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred
  • Skills and Competencies: Cook skill, self-starter, kitchen hygiene, stewarding, mise-en-place, customer-oriented, discretion, effective written and verbal communication, heavy lifting, attention to detail
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness, assist with food preparation, support kitchen staff, and ensure a safe working environment
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen, standing for long periods, handling heavy items
  • Qualities and Traits: Dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure
