Legal Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) – 20 Hours per Week

Starting Salary: Php 22,500


Key Responsibilities

  • Review legal documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance
  • Draft legal correspondence, contracts, pleadings, and other documents
  • Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations
  • Summarize findings and prepare concise reports for attorneys
  • Organize and maintain legal files and case documentation
  • Communicate with clients and third parties professionally when needed


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a legal support role (paralegal or legal VA experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formats
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using legal software and tools (e.g., Clio, MyCase, LexisNexis)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
